Coke Studio 12 Kicked Off With Atif Aslam’s Soulful Performance

Coke Studio’s most awaited season 12 kicked off with a soulful performance by rock-star Atif Aslam. First and most of all, the news of Rohail Hyatt taking the charge of Coke Studio again got fans on their feet. People expecting a lot this time as Rohail Hyatt made a comeback after 5 years along with Atif Aslam who returned after 3 years.

The first episode is out, featuring Atif Aslam, who stunned everyone with rendition of “Wohi Khuda Hai”. The Hamd has already got 1 million plus views on YouTube in just the few hours since it’s release, the figure itself speaks for the love it’s getting.

“Wohi Khuda Hai” was penned by Muzaffar Warsi, the lyrics praise Allah as the One Creator of a system. The one who runs and maintains an order of the universe in balance and harmony.

Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan originally sung “Wohi Khuda hai” almost 20 odd years ago. The Hamd is no doubt a masterpiece and is favorite of Pakistanis.
